This is a new old style camper?!? In 2003 VW Brazil started making the VW Camper again, to start with they were air cooled and then in 2007 they went to Water-Cooled engine's. This means great MPG, very reliable and plenty of power.

2008 Reg Brazilian Water Cooled VW Camper
Nut Meg is a brand new style Type 2 Water Cooled VW Camper using the very economical 1400cc VW Polo Engine, this engine is unleaded and gives a healthy 40mpg as opposed to 20 mpg you would get from an air cooled camper. It also produces 80 bhp which means 70 mph is achievable on long journeys.
Nut Meg was converted by Paul @ VW Downunder and is a full spec costing over £32k!
